- Refunds are available for projects canceled before work begins. A full refund will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation.
1.2 Milestone-Based Projects
- For projects with milestone payments, refunds are available for milestones not yet started. Work completed for any milestone will be billed, and refunds will not be issued for completed milestones.
1.3 Service Dissatisfaction
- If you are dissatisfied with our service, you may request a review or revision of the work. Refunds may be issued only if:
- The issue cannot be resolved through revisions.
- The service fails to meet the agreed-upon terms or deliverables.
1.4 Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable once delivered, including:
- Domain registration and web hosting services
- Digital marketing campaigns after initiation
- Custom software development where significant progress has been made

3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Payments made via credit/debit cards: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Bank transfers: Refunds will be issued to the provided bank account within 10-14 business days.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide required information, approvals, or assets).
- Change in project scope or requirements mid-project, unless agreed upon separately.
- Completion of agreed deliverables.
5. Cancellations
- Clients may cancel their projects at any time. Refunds for cancellations will follow the guidelines outlined in Section 1.
- We reserve the right to cancel projects due to client non-cooperation, violation of terms, or unethical requests. In such cases, refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
